"A new sun will rise again, a new stream will bloom again,

A new morning will arrive again — this is my belief."

We often spend our time thinking about what we will do tomorrow and how we can make the future better. However, in doing so, we sometimes forget to live the present moment, which itself brings many small joys into our lives. Now think for a moment—what can we truly give to tomorrow, and what can we gain from it?

We frequently hear the words “Be positive.” Yet, after hearing them, we often forget to practice them in our daily lives. In every person’s life, something or the other keeps happening every moment—some events are good and some may be challenging. It is human nature that when everything is going well, we continue to imagine an even better future. But the moment something slightly unfavorable happens, we become discouraged and start blaming our fate.

In reality, very few people realize that our life is largely shaped by our thoughts. For the most part, our life becomes what we think. For example, when we feel happy, everything around us appears good; but when we are sad, everything seems negative. In this way, nearly 90% of the problems in a person’s life are the result of negative thinking.

Today, in the 21st century, we are living in a highly modern lifestyle where people from almost every field are engaged in intense competition. This often leads to stress and pressure. In such times, it becomes essential for us to practice self-reflection and self-analysis, so that we can achieve success in every aspect of life.
